Once your order has been received and paid for, we will endeavor to dispatch it to you as quickly as possible. It will reach you within 2-4 days via insured DHL standard shipping.
Payment via PayPal is possible. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you can individually select in your PayPal account whether you want to pay directly or if the amount should be debited from your account in 30 days.
For your order, you have a return period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please send your return to the address specified on the return slip. As soon as your return has been received, we will process it as quickly as possible and refund the shipping costs in addition to the amount of the returned items. The refund usually takes 2-5 days.
